I'll come to you.
Mobile trauma-informed yoga across the Jacksonville metro — your home, your office, your retreat, your friend's living room. Wherever your body says here.
For some people, practicing in a space their nervous system already knows is the most regulating option. The room is familiar. The exits are obvious. The dog is nearby. That's the work, too.
Movement is medicine. Stillness opens pathways. That's the work.

hello@renude.usCommon questions
How does a mobile session work?
I come to you. Your home, your office, your retreat space, your friend's living room — wherever you want to practice in the Jacksonville metro. I bring what's needed and we work in the space you already trust.
What's your service area?
All of Duval County and the Jacksonville metro — San Marco, Riverside, Avondale, Mandarin, Murray Hill, Springfield, the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding neighborhoods. Travel is included within the metro.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within the Jacksonville metro. For locations outside the metro, a flat travel fee applies — email and ask for the specific rate to your area.
What do I need to have ready?
A space large enough to roll out a mat and move with arms extended. Quiet helps. A door that closes if privacy matters. I bring my mat; you can use yours or borrow mine.
How much does a mobile session cost?
Private 1:1: $70 per hour. Custom group: $35 per person, 6–20 people. Travel within the metro is included. Sliding scale available for survivors.
Can you teach at my office?
Yes. Mobile group sessions for teams are common — therapist offices, recovery programs, corporate teams. We coordinate the space requirements in advance.
Is mobile a good fit for survivors?
Often, yes. Practicing in a space your nervous system already knows as safe can be the most regulating choice. We talk through what you need before the session — door open or closed, lighting, music or quiet, any other access needs. More on survivor-aware practice.
What about parking and getting to me?
You tell me what's easiest. Driveway, street, garage — I'll figure out the rest. I arrive 10 minutes early to set up so we start the session on time.
