Do I need yoga experience to book a private session?

No. Private sessions meet you where you are. Movement is medicine, and the practice is invitational — you choose what feels available in your body that day.

Is Jasmine a licensed therapist?

No. Jasmine is a certified yoga professional and trauma-informed yoga facilitator with lived experience, a Bachelor's in Human Services, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at the University of West Florida (anticipated Summer 2027). She is not a licensed clinical mental health provider, and her work does not replace therapy.

What is trauma-informed yoga?

Trauma-informed yoga uses invitational language, prioritizes student choice, avoids unsolicited adjustments, and structures the practice to support nervous system regulation. The intent is to help you reconnect to your body safely — your body is your home.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes — sliding scale is available for survivors. Reach out directly and we will find a rate that works.

Where do sessions take place?

In-person at Vive (1550 Henderson Ave, Jacksonville), outdoor at Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing Park or Riverside Arts Market, online via secure video, or mobile in the Jacksonville metro.

I'm a therapist with a client who might benefit. How do I refer?

Email hello@renude.us with 'Clinical referral' in the subject. Communication only happens within a signed release. Jasmine will not cross into clinical territory — that work stays with you.
