Your body is your home.
Sessions are how you come back to it.
I'm Jasmine. I teach trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice in Jacksonville — at Vive in San Marco, outdoors at Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing Park and Riverside Arts Market, online, or wherever in the metro works for you.
Sessions are slow, intentional, and grounded. The practice is invitational — you choose what feels available in your body that day. There's no goal beyond showing up, breathing, and letting the nervous system do what it knows how to do.
Movement is medicine. Stillness opens pathways. That's the work.
Private Sessions
One-on-one yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice. Trauma-informed, choice-based, and shaped around exactly what your body and nervous system are asking for that day.
- Survivors of sexual trauma, complex PTSD, or anxiety
- People in addiction recovery
- Beginners who'd rather start without a room full of people
- Anyone with a body that asks for slower, quieter, more careful
You don't need experience. You don't need flexibility. You don't need to talk about anything you don't want to. Bring yourself.
Sliding scale is available for survivors. Reach out — we'll find a rate that works.

Where we practice
I teach in four places. Tell me what works for you.
At Vive
1550 Henderson Ave, Suite 1, in San Marco. The studio I trained at and where most in-person sessions are hosted.
Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing Park
On the Northbank Riverwalk downtown. The park honors the song written by Jacksonville natives James Weldon Johnson and J. Rosamond Johnson. Quiet weekday mornings for privates; Saturday afternoons for groups.
Riverside Arts Market
Under the Fuller Warren Bridge in Riverside. RAM is bigger and busier — best for groups and community classes. Private sessions schedule around the market.
Online
Live, over secure video. Same practice, same care, with the door closed and the camera on your terms.
Mobile
I'll come to your home, office, or wherever you gather in the Jacksonville metro. Travel within the metro is included.
Sliding scale
If you're a survivor of sexual trauma or someone in active addiction recovery, the standard rate may not be what's right for you right now. Email me. We'll find a number that works. No questions asked.

What is a private yoga session at ReNude?
A 60-minute one-on-one practice with me. We move through what your body is asking for — breath, movement, stillness — in whatever sequence the day calls for. Trauma-informed throughout. No goals beyond showing up. No physical assists unless you ask.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
Sessions are 60-90 minutes. Private 1:1 is $70 an hour. Custom group sessions are $35 per person, with a 6-person minimum and a 20-person maximum. Sliding scale is available for survivors — just ask.
Do you work with absolute beginners?
Yes. Most people I see in private sessions are beginning, or beginning again. The practice doesn't require anything you don't already have.
I'm not flexible. Can I still do this?
Flexibility is not a prerequisite. Bodies don't have to be a certain shape to belong here. We meet your body exactly where it is on the day you arrive.
What happens on the first session?
We talk briefly — what brought you, what your body has been holding, anything that's useful for me to know. Then we move. Cues are invitational, meaning every pose is an offer, not a directive. If something doesn't feel available, we skip it. We always end in stillness — that's where the integration happens. More on how this practice is structured.
Can I book with a partner or a friend?
Yes. Two-person sessions are available at the private rate. If you want more than two people, that becomes a custom group session — same care, designed for the room.
Where do sessions take place?
In-person at Vive (1550 Henderson Ave, Suite 1, in San Marco), outdoor at Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing Park or Riverside Arts Market, online via secure video, or mobile to your home or office anywhere in the Jacksonville metro.
Is Jasmine a licensed therapist?
No. I'm a certified yoga professional and trauma-informed yoga facilitator. I have lived experience, a Bachelor's in Human Services, and I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at the University of West Florida (anticipated Summer 2027). I am not a licensed clinical mental health provider, and this work does not replace therapy. It can sit alongside it — clinicians can refer here.
Where to go next
Wherever you came in, there's a path that fits.
