Designed for your room.
Custom group sessions for organizations, recovery programs, therapy practices, retreats, and community groups. Six to twenty people. Trauma-informed throughout.
Every group is different. Every room is different. The shape of the session is built to fit who is actually in it — what they've been through, what they're carrying, what they need today.
Movement is medicine. Stillness opens pathways. That's the work.
Custom Group
What this can look like
- Trauma-informed yoga for treatment centers and recovery houses
- Embodied workshops for clinical staff or therapy teams
- Retreat sessions for organizations doing hard work
- Corporate sessions that take regulation seriously, not as a wellness perk
- Community events at studios, parks, or wherever you gather
- Survivor circles for safe, contained group practice
How it's built
We talk first. I want to know who is going to be in the room — broad strokes, no client details. Are they new to yoga? In active recovery? Survivors? Clinical staff carrying secondary trauma? The room shapes the practice.
From there I build the sequence — breath, movement, stillness — to meet the room. Invitational language throughout. No assists unless explicitly requested. Time for integration built in.
Book a Custom GroupCommon questions
What is a custom group session?
A trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice session designed for a group of 6–20 people. Built around what the room needs — survivor-aware, recovery-aware, accessible to every body in it.
How much does a group session cost?
$35 per person, with a 6-person minimum and a 20-person maximum. Custom pricing for ongoing series or recurring engagements — email to discuss.
Who books group sessions?
Treatment centers, recovery houses, therapy practices, retreat organizers, corporate teams, community groups, and friend groups gathering for a shared experience.
Where can the session happen?
At Vive in San Marco, outdoors at Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing Park or RAM, online via secure video, or mobile to your space anywhere in the Jacksonville metro.
What do participants need to bring?
Comfortable clothes. Mats and props can be provided or supplied by the venue — coordinated when we plan the session. No experience required from anyone in the room.
How long is a group session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. 75 and 90-minute formats are available for retreats and longer programs.
Can the session be trauma-informed for a specific population?
Yes. Sessions for recovery houses, survivor support groups, or clinical teams are adapted in advance — language, sequencing, and pacing are calibrated to who is in the room.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for a custom session. Recurring series can be scheduled further out. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — email and ask.
