I am Jasmine Chanae, founder of ReNude— a space rooted in lived experience.
My work is shaped by my own recovery and years of personal practice. Not just learning techniques, but returning to them consistently—through stress, transition, and everyday life.
I’m not here to fix you or push you. This is about building a more stable, trusting relationship with yourself over time.
Approach
Sessions are slow, intentional, and grounded.
We work with breath, simple movement, and stillness to help your body come back into regulation. There’s no performance and no pressure to “get it right.”
Over time, the goal is to build awareness and capacity—so you’re not just feeling better in the moment, but more steady in your day-to-day life.
Ways to Begin
You can begin with a single session or commit to a short series.
While one session can be supportive, I recommend at least three sessions to start building consistency and real change.
If cost is a barrier, a limited sliding scale is available.
